Returns

For returns please contact us within: 14 days of delivery and dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery.

 

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If an item is returned because you have changed your mind only the cost of the item will be refunded - not the original postage. If an item is damaged in transit, faulty or incorrect we will cover the costs of its return.

 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Bespoke Work or Personalised Items.
